Advertising has the power to shape our world. As Australia’s independent advertising complaints adjudicator, it is Ad Standards job to make sure that this world is shaped with kindness.

*Terms and kinder conditions was a campaign that poked the proverbial bear. Sexist and racist headlines led to copy that asked Australians one blunt question: are these really the standards you want to see?

The campaign reached an audience of over 25 million Australians. It was rejected by two television networks and commercial radio. And most importantly, it was complained about. Luckily, Australians knew exactly where they could go to ask for a kinder conditions.
