Building on the success of the 2017 campaign, we needed to encourage Queenslanders to make the switch over to Queensland Country Health Fund using Laura Geitz as a brand ambassador. 

Strategy

The one consistent thing about life is that it changes. With women being the primary health fund decision-makers not just for themselves, but also their partners and family, we needed to show Queenslanders that Queensland Country Health Fund values all their life changes. Whether they're making big life changes like planning a family, or even small ones, like beginning a new boxing class — these changes effect what women need to look after their health.

With a 97% Member satisfaction rating, Queensland Country are there to provide genuine, knowledgeable service to Members every time. They know their Members not as numbers on a screen, but as real people who want to live their life to the fullest, no matter what is changing for them.
